Returns and refunds


Thank you for the interest in our products. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours. Your email should include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photographs to verify the issue

We will review the case, and if the damage is deemed valid, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. However, if the product is deemed not to be damaged (as per our seller's discretion), you will not receive a replacement or refund.

In some cases, we may choose to issue a gift card to the buyer instead. Please note that "damaged product" refers to cracks or malfunctions with the wand or tube. It does not include air spaces that are normal when the wand is removed, or slight color differences, as these are handmade products and variations may occur.
