Shipping and delivery

Thank you for shopping with Glow by Mia. We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.




1. Order Processing Time

All Glow by Mia products are handcrafted in small batches.


Processing Time: 3–7 business days

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During sales, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.




2. Shipping Method


We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

UPS

FedEx


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.


3. Delivery Timeframes


Estimated delivery times vary by location:

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

International Orders: 7–21 business days (if applicable)


Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.




4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Shipping Delays

Glow by Mia is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


    • Weather
      conditions
    • Carrier
      delays
    • Incorrect or
      incomplete shipping addresses
    • Customs
      processing (for international orders)


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Glow by Mia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with clear photo evidence.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.



7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee
for reshipment.

Refunds will not be issued for address errors.


8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Glow by Mia is not responsible for delays caused by customs.



9. Heat-Sensitive Products

Some products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures.

Glow by Mia is not responsible for melting due to weather conditions.

We recommend choosing expedited shipping during warmer months.


10. Delivery Confirmation


Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Glow by Mia considers the order fulfilled.
